BARC 10 surveys
Who this is for
- Providers using the EMR
- Organization-based staff scheduling and documenting billable client sessions
Overview
The BARC-10 survey is completed together with the client, either in person or during a secure telehealth session. Take a few minutes to walk through the questions with the client and enter their responses directly into the EMR.
This survey is meant to reflect how the client feels about their recovery right now. Let them know there are no right or wrong answers, and encourage them to respond honestly based on their recent experiences.
Common issues:
- The BARC 10 survey becomes available to new clients after an assessment has been completed/uploaded in the EMR.
- The BARC 10 alert banner is only visible if the client is eligible to take the survey (every 30 days)
