Roles and Permissions in Bridge

Who this is for

Pathfinder Bridge Users.  (Staff members and care teams of an organization)

Overview

  • Staff within Pathfinder are given different roles.  These roles include a Super Admin, Admin, Counselor, or Peer.
  • Each role is given different permission levels within Pathfinder Bridge to accommodate case loads, HIPAA regulations, and other factors.
  • Roles determine permission levels within Pathfinder.  The permission levels enable/disable what staff are allowed to do and see within Pathfinder.

Super Admins

Super Admins are the top-level management roles in Pathfinder Bridge. This role has the greatest permissions and is typically assigned to organization leaders.  Super Admins can view all staff and member information across the organization.


Super Admins have the ability to:

  • Create staff accounts, groups, and add members
  • Assign staff to any program or group
  • Send announcements to the entire organization or a specific group
  • View all staff and member information

Admins

The admin role in Pathfinder Bridge is assigned to a specific program(s) and can only see members within those programs.


Admins have the ability to:

  • Create and remove Counselors and Admins within the programs they are assigned to, but cannot remove staff from an organization
  • Create new members within Pathfinder and assign them to their programs and groups within their programs
  • Create new groups within their programs and assign staff to those groups
  • Send announcements to the entire organization or a specific group within their programs

Counselor/Peer

Counselors and Peers share the same permission levels.  These roles are only allowed to see members that are part of their groups.  This role is assigned to one or more programs and assigned to one or more groups within the program.


Counselors have the ability to:

  • Send announcements to their groups
  • View member information of those only in their groups
  • Instant message members within their groups
  • Assign members Healthy Habits
  • It is important to note that counselors/peers cannot add members to the Pathfinder system

Monitor and manage care for clients within their programs

Can be accessible to clients in Companion App

Must be accessible to clients in Companion App
